Shipping Policy

 

We ship PAN India.

Orders are dispatched within 5-6 working days of placing your order depending on the quantity purchased. Orders are shipped only twice a week. TIER 1 cities in India will receive their orders in 3-5 days from the date of dispatch. TIER 2 cities in India will receive their orders in 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. TIER 3 and North Eastern India orders can take upto 10 days from the date of dispatch. Shipping timeline can get affected due to unforeseen circumstances which affects courier partner’s operations such as:

  • Natural disasters, flooding, extreme weather conditions
  • Festivals, Public Holidays or Curfew
  • Logistics issue at courier partners business centres.

Current Situation : ***Due to fuel shortages impacting logistics services across India, shipping costs have increased significantly. All courier companies are taking extra surcharge which accumulates significantly. While most of this increase is being absorbed by us, a small portion will need to be shared with customers. We want to thank you all for understanding this situation and we hope you keep supporting our business***

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from our studio. It will be carefully packed in a environment-friendly corrugated box designed to maintain your items in good condition. We take every measure to ensure the packaging is done carefully and packed with love, with a little note from us to you.

After you purchase from us, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email when we dispatch your order which will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number for the delivery company. Please check your spam /junk folders as well.

Please check your address and make sure it is correct, as we won't be able to modify your details. 

The original postage for the parcels returning to us for incorrect address or for not being picked up is non refundable as it is a service provided by the delivery partners and they don't make refunds for used postage.

  • For order value between ₹2,001 to ₹2,500 - Flat shipping fee of ₹179/-
  • For order value between ₹2,501 to ₹3,000 - Flat shipping fee of ₹199/-
  • For order value between ₹3,001 to ₹3,500 - Flat shipping fee of ₹239/-
  • For order value between ₹3,501 to ₹4,000 - Flat shipping fee of ₹269/-
  • For order value between ₹4,001 to ₹4,500 - Flat shipping fee of ₹299/-
